Each emergency generating set arranged to be automatically started shall be equipped with stating devices approved by the administration with a stored energy capability of at least three consecutive starts. A second source of energy shall be provided for an additional three starts within 30min unless manual starting can be demonstrated effective. 11AUG23 - Class issued Survey Report stating a temporary means of secondary starting has been provided to the vessel and tested satisfactory. Permanent repairs are now required by 10OCT2023.
