BY TABLE 181.500(b) and other provisions of this Section. Vessel did not have a serviceable portable fire extinguisher onboard. Replace in kind.

Vessel was recently delivered to parent vessel and built up for the inspection. Emergency instructions were not placed onto the vessel.
