The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to confrom with the provisins of the present regualtions to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons onboard. On July 26th while mooring to Terminal 1 in Port Canaveral the ship loss the Starboard Azipod for six minutes with an error of "current below the limit" with unknow resolution or root cause of the incident.

07105 Fire doors in main vertical zone bulkheads, galley bounderies and stairway enclosures shall be self closing and be capable of closing with an angle of inclination of up to 3.5 degrees. PSCO discovered fire screen doors FD-02-3-16 and 02-7-07 did not close properly due to either rubbing surface, self-closing mechanism not working as intended, or doors being blocked with debris. 74 SOLAS 20 II-2/9.4.1.1.5.1
