PSCO OBSERVED 03 LIGHTS IN PIPE TRUNK WITH NO CERTIFICATION MARKINGS. CREW COULD NOT PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF RATING FOR INSTRUMENTATION IN HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS, PSCO OBSERVED EXPOSED WIRING ON PUMP AT THE TOP OF THE FILTER IN BALLWAST WATER TREATMENT ROOM.
