ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, CABLES, AND WIRING SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED IN HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS UNLESS IT CONFORMS WITH THE STANDARDS NOT INFERIOR TO THOSE ACCEPTABLE TO THE ORGANIZATION. PSCO OBSERVED 03 LIGHTS IN PIPE TRUNK WITH NO CERTIFICATION MARKINGS. CREW COULD NOT PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF RATING FOR INSTRUMENTATION IN HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS, PSCO OBSERVED EXPOSED WIRING ON PUMP AT THE TOP OF THE FILTER IN BALLWAST WATER TREATMENT ROOM. ADDITIONALLY PSCO OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50% OF LIGHT FIXTURES INSTALLED IN PIPE TRUNK WITH PLASTIC PACKING GLANDS THAT ARE NOT RATED FOR HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS. 74SOLAS(20) VII/10.1 IBC 10.1.4
