SOLAS 74 (2020) II-1/45.6.1; EACH SEPERATE CIRCUIT SHALL BE PROTECTED AGAINST SHORT CIRCUIT AND AGAINST OVERLOAD, EXCEPT AS PERMITTED IN REGULATIONS 29 AND 30 OR WHERE THE ADMINISTRAION MAY EXCEPTIONALLY OTHERWISE PERMIT. PSCO OBSERVED BREAKER LABEL "NO. 1 DIESEL ENGINE PRE LO PUMP CB" REQUIRES A 15A OVERCURRENT PROTECTION DEVICE, HOWEVER A 50A OVERCURRENT PROTECTION DEVICE IS INSTALLED. ADDITIONAL BREAKERS OBSERVED WITH MISMATCHED OVERCURRENT PROTECTION DEVICES ON #3 ELECTRICAL PANEL IN THE ENGINE CONTROL ROOM AS WELL.
