46CFR 39.2013(b)(2)Activates an alarm when pressure sensing device measures a high pressure of not more than 90% of the lowest pressure relief value setting in the cargo tank venting system. PSCO observed inoperable pressure alarms in the vessel's CCR for CT3S, CT6S, and residual tanks also had inoperable liquid level alarms as well.
