The following fire protection systems shall be kept in good order so as to ensure their required performance if a fire occurs: the structural fire protections, including fire-resisting divisions, and protection of openings and penetrations in these divisions. Port State Control officers observed 01 Class A self-closing door adjoining the galley and officers mess, and 01 Class B self-closing door adjoining the officers mess and the stairwell that were unable to self-close as constructed in accordance with vessel's fire control plan.
