The operational nature of the deficiency 03 provide objective evidence of a serious failure of the implementation of the ISM code. An internal audit report satisfactory to the OCMI must be submitted within 90 days prior to the clearance of this deficiency. 74 SOLAS (cons) 1X.3 ISM code 10.1. To satisfaction of the RO/ RSO, Administration, and Coast Guard.
