During annual over inflation test required IAW CGD13INST/CGD17INST 16711.1A, baffle between chamber 1 and chamber 2 failed during testing. 46 CFR 176.840

Each floating water light must be approved in accordance with § 161.010 in subchapter Q of this chapter, or other standard specified by the Commandant, including, but not limited to, approval series 160.110. Installed floating water light had the wrong batteries installed (alkaline) and they had not been replaced annually per the Q spec approval letter and the label on the water light. Installed ACR SM-3 requires Energizer AA L91 Lithium batteries per manufacturer and approval letter and require replacement at least annually. 46 CFR 180.70(d)(1)
