During sea trial water ingress was witnessed In Way Of port chine (crack) at mid body, P&S 1st plank up from chine at midbody joinery and Port side of stem. Repair to satisfaction of OCMI prior to underway carriage of passengers. Passengers allowed on board dock side only and IAW Number indicated on Stability Letter Dated 8/7/2012

Provide repair proposal for approval for the following:
1.Replace as Original rotted deck planking of main deck. This repair plan to include the possibility if necessary the lifting of the aft house to access deck planking in way of aft house entrance.
These repair proposals are to be received in 30 days of requirements issued and all approved work to be completed no later than end of next dry dock in April 2023.
