Identification of the items may be in words, or the appropriate symbols in IMO Resolution A.760(18) (incorporated by reference;
46 CFR 180.78 Each child size life jacket must be stowed in a location that is appropriately marked and separated from adult life jackets so the child size life jackets are not mistaken for adult life jackets.
Vessel did not have the appropriate labeling for lifejackets. Label lifejackets stowage in accordance with reference.
