The ABYC H-25 fuel tanks are loose on deck, unsecured, and installed w/o any form of containment. The tanks should be secured so as to prevent movement in containment trays to prevent any spilled fuel from running onto the deck where passengers and crew are exposed. Secure tanks by strapping down in containment trays to protect from spillage and movement.
