Special consideration shall be given to the design and location of scrubber and blowers with relevant piping and fittings in order to preven flue gas leakages into enclosed spaces. Cargo pump rooms shall be mechanically ventilated and discharges from the exhasut fans shall be led to a safe place on deck. While tje fan was operating for the cargo pump room, a bolt sheered off causing the fan to stop. Bolt was replaced and fan continued to operate.
