Each vessel vapor connection flange must have a permanent stud projecting outward that has a 12.7 mm diameter and is at least 25.4 mm long. Stern manifold vapor connection was found by PSCO to be missing the stud. And both port and starboard manifolds were fitted with threaded (not permanent) studs. Vapor connections prohibited on aft manifold until corrected.
