The Pro-Furl Furler installed on the vessel’s forestay is frozen/seized and inoperable. Further, it was noted a third-party rigging inspection report, dated 7 APR 2026 that the forestay wire was not inspected due to furler and sail obstructing access. Remove fuller to allow inspection of fore stay by an attending USCG Marine Inspector.

Pulleys in the vessels steering system are mounted with stainless steel eye bolts which have cause excessive deterioration to the aluminum piping in which they are mounted to. Pulleys need to be remounted to a secure location. The damaged aluminum piping requires crop and renewal.

Vessel’s installed sidelights are installed incorrectly and do not have the appropriate arc of horizontal visibility.
