The condition of the ship and it's equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulationsto ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or the persons on board. PSCO observed a amall leak on a potable water line outside guest cabin 7063.

The means of escape, including stairways and exits, shall be marked by lighting or photoluminescent strip indicators placed not more than 300mm above the deck at all points of the escape route, including angles and intersections. Additionally, escape route signs and fire equipment location markings shall be of photoluminescent materila marked by lighting. PSCO observed large section of elecrically powered low location lighting inoperable on 9 aft crew stairway.
