Hole found on side shell between starboard fuel tank and potable water tank - C/R & NDT. 33. Diesel fuel was found under the port side fuel tank at each end. Check/ change potential leaking shutoff valve. 34. Weld above MSD is wasted. Repair. 35. An area of overhead longitudinals frames above the MSD were cropped and not renewed. Renew longitudinal frames that were cropped.
