Contacted by vessel rep [name withheld] that #4 generator was down to due to routine maintenance, while making preparations to get underway the #2 generator jacket water was running hot and they could not locate the problem. As a result the #2 generator is now offline as well. Wrote a 835 for a no sail till they could prove proper operation of at least one of the generators for AUX power.
