Centerline bulkhead of cargo bin looked to be damaged by mechanical means, most likely during tank cleaning and needs to be repaired/replaced. The top welds were ripped away from the side walls, the bulkhead is permanently bowed towards the bow and there are puncture and wastage areas near the upper 1' of the bin wall.
