The bilge currently has oily water. Remove and clean, provide pictures once complete.

This is not meant to restrict access to towing equipment such as winches, drums, towing gear or steering compartment equipment necessary for the operation of the vessel. Place a machinery guard on all rotating machinery in the engine room. Both engines did not have guards on the rotating machinery.
