The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. A recreational or

After oiltight bulkhead of the aft/center F/O tank is wasted IWO lower most ladder rung. Cracked weld found IWO bulkhd between after void and steering space. Make proper permanent repairs IAW USCG/ABS requirements.
