Steering system when tested locally and from the pilothouse sets off a hydraulic interlock alarms. Rudder speed was tested at 58 seconds from 30 degrees to 35 degrees in local mode and was timed at 20 seconds when operated from the pilothouse. Vessel has seven days to proceed to Montreal, Canada and make repairs to the satisfaction of class and to provide this unit with a copy of their report.
