0150 - After any survey of the ship has been completed, no change shall be made in the structure, equipment, systems, fittings, arrangements or material covered by the survey. Vessel's IOPP supplement requires oil filtering (15ppm) equipment with alarm and automatic stopping device. When tested, the flow of discharge was not automatically stopped once the oil content meter read over 15ppm. OWS is not authorized to be operated until the 15ppm alarm and auto stopping device is proved to be in proper operation by class. MARPOL Annex I Reg. 6.4.2 50ac
