The secondary radar, X-Band 3 cm on the M/V DISCOVERER was reported as inoberable prior to arrival in the Port of Point Comfort. Arrangements have been made to make repairs to the radar while the vessel is moored at Alcoa Bulk Terminals. Letter of Deviation was granted to the vessel to enter the Port of Point Comfort with this reported inoperational equipment.
