74 SOLAS 2014 cons. chap III reg 19.3.3.1. drills shall, as far as practicable, be conducted as if there were an actual emergency. During a fire drill, PSCO observed a crew member enter the location of the fire and continue to fight said fire while the low or no flow air alarm on his SCBA sounded. Upon inspection, it was noticed that the air flow vale was only partially open.
