WHILE ON PATROL IN THE DELAWARE BAY, NEW JERSEY STATE MARINE POLICE OFFICERMIKE MATULEWICZ RECOVERED A PLASTIC TRASH BAG CONTAINING REFUSE FROM THE M/V SAUDI DIRIYAH. THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG CONTAINED TELETYPE MESSAGES ANDOTHER PIECES OF INFO THAT WOULD LINK THE VSL TO THE GARBAGE BAG.
