Vsl is required to properly seal off two 2" fuel oil tank fill pipes located on the main deck port and stbd sides, approx. 4 meters aft of the gangways. The tanks are empty and no longer used due to the vsl taking on lube oil in drums. The fill pipes are rusted and breaking apart.
