The Load line on the Starboard side did not match the Load Line Certificate. The letters "I" and "V" were mixed up. Vessel made temporary repairs by painting letters in correct place, but permanent markings need to be welded in. This was installed improperly at drydock. Port side could possibly be incorrect also. Vessel did not know, but will look into it first chance they get. (ICLL 1966 Reg. 8)
