0611-Lifeboat Inventory- The equipment in every lifeboat shall consist of 10,00 kJ of rations for each person and shall be kept in airtight packaging. PSCO observed 10 of the food ration packages had broken seals and were therefore short 96,640kJ of the required 380,000kJ for the 38 person lifeboat. 74SOLAS(09) III/34 LSA 4.4.4.4.8.12.
