Port State Control Officers found upwards of 12 cm of oil and water mixture in the engine room bilge from past repair work and a leaking ballast pipe. The Oil was likely from the main engine (lube oil) and Oil Purifiers (fuel oil) which are also leaking. Receiving bilge tanks are also full leaving nowhere to pump thee bilge out to.
