Fire Extingushers shall be situated ready for use and in such a way that their servicability is not impaired by other external forces. Foam Portable Extinguisher in engine room was found with collapsed hose preventing porper operation of the extinguisher.

11101 - All life-saving appliances and arrangements shall comply with applicable requirements of the LSA Code. Every totally enclosed lifeboat shall be provided with a rigid watertight enclosure. Port and starboard side grab rails on the starboard lifeboat were repaired improperly compromising the watertight integrity of the lifeboat.
