On the top passenger deck, the aft end of the port side top railing had a removable top rail equivalent, but the starboard side did not. Additionally, there were no rail courses in those areas, leaving gaps greater than 12 inches. Install at least a 36 inch top rail equivalent on the starboard side, and rail courses on both sides ensuring no gaps greater than 12 inches.
