Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of
cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of
tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements
of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized
classification society.
Identified 1"x18" inset on #1 port side cargo tank
knuckle. Vessel to enact permanent repairs to the cargo
tank to the satisfaction of the CG prior to cargo
operations.

Resolution: Cropped and renewed one (01) 2'6" x 3' x 3/8" section of cargo tank in kind. Conducted a visual exam of all repairs and witnessed air test at 1.0 PSI. Test satisfactory.
