Inspection standards. (1) Inspection of all accessible parts of the exterior and interior of the hull, the watertight bulkheads, and weather decks. Inspection of the collision bulkhead revealed the bulkhead was wasted with holes allowing free communication between the forpeak and forward crew compartments. Crop and renew wasted bulkhead. Temporary repairs were made to the decayed bulkhead with plywood, 5200 sealant and west systems. Make permanent repairs to bulkhead prior to carrying passengers 46 CFR 176.802
