While attempting to transit outbound from the Oxychem cargo terminal on 25Jan2022, the vessel was unable to maintain propulsion and engine control after taking in mooring lines. The onboard Pilot directed the vessel to return to Oxychem. Vessel is required to conduct a satisfactory power trial with class attendance and provide a class report to ensure proper operation of all propulsion machinery and associated control systems. 74 SOLAS (20 Cons.)
