Vessel shall have the appropriate tug assist for the vessels entry into SD. Vessel replaced UPS and no.2 MG Set Circuit Breaker. Numerous propulsion trips occurred leading up to power failure. Conduct sea trial with tech rep present prior to sailing to next port. Provide CG and RO with tech report upon completion.
