MI observed the port and starboard engines were dripping lube oil into the bilge while in operation.

MI observed the marking to be located behind a trash bin and not viewable.

On a vessel of not more than 19.8 meters (65 feet) in length carrying more than 49 passengers, and on a vessel of more than 19.8 meters (65 feet) in length, the minimum capacity of the fire pump must be 189 liters (50 gallons) per minute at a pressure of not less than 414 kPa (60 psi) at the pump outlet. MI observed the fire pump could only output a pressure of 20 psi as read from the pressure gauge. 3 fire buckets were provided on board and passenger count is reduced to 49.
