Prior to next U.S. port, provide certification that the oil contamination that was discovered in the #4 P/S ballast tanks in July 2008 has been removed and that the #4 P/S ballast tanks are entirely free of oil or oil residues. This certification must be provided to the USCG prior to ballasting/deballasting operations in U.S. waters and must be certified by the IOPP issuing authority (DNV).
