PSCOs observed each fire door tested in every stair well (to inlcude FD 236, 155, 817, 820, 106A, 727, 121, 005, TWD 06, TW03, 119, 117, 112, 109, 105 and more) slammed closed between 2-4 seconds. The weight and speed of door closure could cause undue danger to any person in way of door closure. 74 SOLAS II-2/23(f) Code 16
