In meeting these requirements, the company should ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken and records of these activities are maintained. In March of 2022 all section valves were found unsecured and able to be manipulated. This deficiency was rectified by the placing of chains and padlocks. PSCO found the same issue on most recent inspection with all section valves unsecured. PSCOs found steering gear room exhaust ventilation located on aft mooring deck was not operational and the supply air vent was blowing air.
