Machinery driving forced-draft fans, FO transfer pumps, and similar FO pumps must be fitted with remote controls from an accessible position outside the space so the fans/ pumps may be stopped in case of fire. The Diesl Oil transfer pump, LO transfer pump, Dirty Oil pump, and P/S MDE Turbo Ventilation Circuit Breakers do not have an under-voltage trip device. Maintain circuit breakers in LOTO status when not in use. When in use, the ER must be manned IAW amended transfer procedures.ABS Finding Number: DU3556506-I OSR 987. Please see Documents for Class Report. Class issued short term SLE certificate until circuit breakers can be replaced.
