The normal condition of every lifeboat shall consist of watertight receptacles containing 3 liters of fresh water for each person the lifeboat is certified to carry. 120 Liters is required per lifeboat. There is currently only 60 Liters of water per lifeboat. An additional 60 Liters is required per lifeboat. To be rectified to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard.

Resolution: Inspection team examined port and starboard lifeboats during PII/ISPSIII exam. Crew replaced/added missing water in both meeting requirements of 120 Liters of water for each lifeboat onboard, all sat.
