There are also wires that transit through the bulkhead via holes on the port side that were drilled through the bulkhead. Resolution: The alleged loss of propulsion was found to be a result of misaligned fuel delivery valves to the main engine. The valves were aligned properly and the engine was primed with fuel. The master proved operation of the main engine.
