During an ISE, CTIE or underwater survey, damage or deteriation to the hull plating, structural member, or cargo tanks was discovered, the OCMI may require the vessel to be dry docked or otherwise taken out of service to further assess the extent of the damage and to affect permenent repairs. The #2 cargo tank has extensive hogging at midships. Plans and specifications for repairs shall be submitted to the OCMI and HQ for approval. Crop and renew as orginal is athorized temporarily and permanent repairs shall be conducted within 90 days once MSC has reviewed and notified the plans are approved. Permanent repairs shall be conducted by 14OCT2021. Fit-up and repairs to be witnessed by USCG MI.
