The owner/operator must provide satisfactory evidence of the required servicing to the marine inspector. Clean agents require weighing the cylinder and inspecting the hoses and nozzles as per the manufacturer's instruction manual. Fixed fire extinguishing system in the bow thruster space was found to not be tested/inspected since installation. Manufacture's instruction manual states that weighing of the cylinder shall be semi-annually. If the weight changes more than 32 OZ then it is to be replaced.
