THE EXPLOSION PROOF LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE CARGO PUMPROOM WERE FOUND TO BE PAINTED WHERE THE GASKET IS. THE MANUFACTURER STATES THAT THESE LIGHTS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE DUE TO BEING PAINTED. THE VESSEL MUST REPLACE ALL THESE LIGHTS WITH NEW ONES PRIOR TO NEXT OPERATION IN A U.S. PORT.
