At each inspection of a vessel, the owner or managing operator shall be prepared to conduct tests and have the vessel ready for inspections of the hull structure. Significant interior and exterior corrosion was discovered throughout the vessel. Complete the following work list items to make the vessel ready for re-inspection: a) Sandblast entire hull to bare steel. b) Sandblast and clean out each tank and void space, including spaces where entry is blocked by ovens or work counters. c) Remove ballast from engine room and clean the bilge pockets. d) Sandblast and audio gauge galley deck and forward main deck. e) Audio gauge every 18" in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Prepare a full gauging report. Highlight areas that exceed 25% wastage. f) Remove bulkhead facades on the upper deck for inspection.

All unfired pressure vessels shall be Coast Guard approved. Design, testing, and construction will be in accordance with applicable regulations in subchapter F. Provide data plate for air receiver attesting to its approval. During internal inspection found corrosion,P/V requires hydrostatic test along with test of relief valve. 5 year expired 6/29/2020.

Electrical equipment on board vessel must be installed and maintained. Electrical connections on battery terminals are loose. 46CFR183.200

Machinery and equipment installed on each vessel must be suitable for the vessel and its operation and the purpose intended. Valves on sea chest going to port engine/generator did not have handles. 46CFR182.100

Each floating waterlight must be approved in accordance with sub-chapter Q of this chapter. Ring lifebuoy waterlight is inop. 46CFR180.70(d)(1)

All vessels shall be provided with a satisfactory arrangement for draining any watertight compartment. Bilge piping going to space under galley disconnected on engine room fwd bulkhead. Allows for water ingress when pump is running. 46CFR182.25-1

Vital system piping shall comply with subchapter F. Flexible hose installed on fire line piping going from bilge piping to fire pump and port engine PTO to fire main piping. Both directly in front of port engine. Submit repair proposal, complete NLT next dry dock. 46CFR182.40-5(b)

Prove functionality of bilge pumping arrangement for each space served.

Secure gray water pump in forward compartment.

Replace retro-reflective tape on 02 main deck life rings with SOLAS tape.

AV compartment above ladderwell to forward galley: place wire twists in an enclosure.

AV compartment above ladderwell to forward galley: repair recessed lighting in overhead.

Remove AC drain piping in galley (port and stbd).

Provide proof of Gaylord Hood servicing in galley by 31MAY2019. Becomes code 701 @ 2359 on 31MAY2019.

Remove or place in enclosure, the dead-end wire to right of escape scuttle in galley.

Security light inboard of escape scuttle in galley needs to be properly affixed.

Provide proper connection from generator panel to switchboard (left side when facing it). Currently electrical taped.

All wire connections inside local generator electrical boxes must have pressure fittings (presently taped.) Boxes must also be capable of being closed. Action taken changed to 701C on 6/5/2019 - MHM

Port engine belt missing forward guard. Install.

All electrical panels in engine room have multiple openings on sides. Enclose properly.

Engine room emergency fuel shutoff does not secure all the way. Due date updated to 6/12/2019 during 6/5/2019 def check - MHM

Port aft stairwell recess has jimmy rigged electrical installation for the LED strip on the "watch your step" step. Place junction in enclosure with pressure fitting or remove.

Remove all LED lighting strips external to vessel (see vessel masts).

Post corrected PFD donning placard throughout ship. Type posted does not match PFD carried.

Replace and date battery on float light.

New first aid kit required.

Forward port fire station valve unable to be secured. Leaks continuously. (Test with system energized).

"Power Horn" atop forward bridge window has electrical connection that must be made in an enclosure.

NEW life ring on port bridge wing. Grab lines wasted.

SEGREGATE CHILD LIFE JACKETS FROM ADULTS - TEMPORARY CARDBOARD INSTALLATION IS COMPLETELY INSUFFICIENT.

C/R to good material, stbd side shell IWO A/C drain in Engine Room.

Descale all voids.

Vessel must carry adequate up-to-date publications. Vessel missing coast pilot and light list.

Each child size life jacket must be stowed in a location that is appropriately marked and separated from adult life jackets. Child and adult life jackets are stowed together on the main deck. Life jackets need to be stowed separated.

Properly install DSC on VHF radios.

Provide proper operation of ground detection system.
