Vessel has a hydro-pneumatic water/air tank in the engine room that is past due for internal inspection, and the data plate was found to be painted over and illegible. Remove paint from data plate and conduct hydrostatic pressure test of the tank at 125% max allowable working pressure (MAWP). Bench test the pressure vessel's relief valve in the presence of a USCG marine inspector to demonstrate that it operates at its set limit. To be rectified by 07 September 2024.
