The space below the rail shall be fitted with bulwarks, chain link fencing, wire mesh, or the equivalent. During New to Zone/Annual inspection, MI's verified with owner/operator the intended service for the vessel. The vessel will be conducting a combination of excursion and fishing trips. MI's verified deck is rail height is 36 inches throughout vessel. Submit plans to local OCMI for approval prior to making any modifications/repairs.
