Gauges to indicate engine revolutions per minute (RPM), jacket water discharge temperature, and lubricating oil pressure must be provided for all propulsion engines installed in the vessel. The gauges must be readily visible at the operating station. Lube Oil Pressure and Jacket Water Temperature gauges for both outboard engines are not installed at operating station. Install appropriate gauges or program engines to panel to read pressure and temperature. 46 CFR 182.410(b)

On a vessel of at least 7.9 meters (26 feet) in length, a visual and audible alarm must be provided at the operating station to indicate a high water level in each of the following normally unmanned spaces: (1) A space with a through-hull fitting below the deepest load waterline, such as a lazarette; (2) A machinery space bilge, bilge well, shaft alley bilge, or other spaces subject to flooding from sea water piping within the space; and (3) A space with a non-watertight closure, such as a space with a non-watertight hatch on the main deck. Audible alarms for both hulls are hard to hear when energized. Provide audible alarm for both hulls that are capable of being heard during operations. 46 CFR 182.530

The master and crew of a vessel will be familiar with the content of and have mounted at the operating station, emergency instructions containing the actions to be taken in the event of fire, heavy weather, or man overboard conditions. Instructions not posted; post instructions. 46 CFR 185.510(a)

A Certificate of Inspection is valid for 5 years. The vessel's COI expired on 14June21. Prior to carrying passengers, vessel must complete a COI Renewal.

Examine and test by operation all watertight closures in the hull, decks, and bulkheads. MI observed water intrusion in forward peak space. To be inspected at next dry dock and repaired as necessary iaw 46CFR176.25-5(a)(2).

A positive shuoff valve is installed at the hull penetration. MI observed improper configuration of shutoff valve for bilge system. To be corrected at next dry dock iaw 46CFR186.520(e)(3).

Remove fuel shutoff station shall be marked in at least one inch letters indicating purpose of the valve and direction of operation. MI observed fuel shutoffs improperly labeled iaw 46CFR185.30-20(a).

Complete repairs or replacements of rotten wood structural members in stern where indicated by marine inspectors to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector iaw 46 CFR 176.25-5.
